TB Alert has extensive experience defining interventions and developing and writing proposals, ranging from single country projects with a sole partner through to regional, multi-partner initiatives.
We use community-based situational analysis and participatory methodologies to understand the social and structural barriers that people – especially key vulnerable groups – experience in accessing healthcare and completing treatment. We work with community representatives and leaders to develop solutions that are appropriate and sustainable.
We work with government stakeholders and local healthcare providers to assess the full public health and clinical pathway and devise programmes that address barriers or bottlenecks preventing people from accessing diagnosis and achieving a full cure.
